21 years & above from 5PM onwards.Before 5PM - No age restrictions, but minors have to be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
3. Is there a dress code?
Smart casual attire is required. Gym wear, slippers, and flip-flops are not permitted.

Seating is assigned based on availability. Special requests will be accommodated at Baia Management’s discretion.
Dining duration is 90 minutes, with extensions available upon prior request and confirmation. Baia reserves the right to reschedule reservations due to private events, with at least one week’s notice.
Big Group Reservation Policy (10 guests or more)For group bookings of 10 guests or more, kindly note that a minimum spend of $100++ per person is required.
Pre-ordering of food and drinks in advance is highly recommended to ensure a smooth dining experience.

1. What happens if it rains?
Baia has indoor and outdoor seating available. In the event of rainy weather, we will do our best to accommodate guests indoors, subject to availability. Please note that outdoor reservations are rain-or-shine. Cancellations due to weather are non-refundable.2. What are the payment modes?
Baia is a cashless establishment. We accept major credit cards and PayNow.3. Reservations Policy
By providing your personal data here, you have agreed that Baia may collect, use and disclose your personal data, for providing seat reservations and providing marketing materials that you have agreed to receive in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.Should your desired date and time not be available, please feel free to contact the restaurant directly at +65 9173 8182
For 6 guests or more, a $30 per person authorization hold is required. Credit card details are used to secure your reservation and you will not be charged at the time of making this booking. Actual payment will be made on the day itself.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A reservation is considered a no-show 15 minutes after the reservation time. A 15-minute grace period is granted for table hold from booking time.
For 6 guests or more, a $30 per person fee will be charged to the card used for the reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

The cancellation fee will reflect any cost incurred by Baia in terms of staff, food or beverage booked or ordered specifically for your group or party, and any lost revenue as a result of turning other bookings away.
We will notify you of any cancellation fee applied via email.
Refunds
There is a NO refund policy in Baia. All payments made to Baia are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted based on management’s discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. -
